Sydnie Christmas’ live version of ‘My Way’ on The Broadway has the audience holding their breath, from the chilling high notes to the emotional and iconic finale

Bradford’s holiday season kicked off in spectacular fashion with The Broadway’s festive launch, and it was Sydnie Christmas who truly stole the show. As the final act of the night, Sydnie brought the crowd to their feet with a powerful rendition of Frank Sinatra’s iconic “My Way,” a performance that quickly became the highlight of the evening.

The festive day was packed with incredible entertainment, starting with Danny Malin, known from Rate My Takeaway, who warmed up the crowd before a star-studded lineup took the stage. Fans were treated to appearances from the cast of Pinocchio, including Coronation Street’s Chris Gascoyne, who took time to meet fans with photos and autographs. The boy band Blue followed, bringing nostalgia with hits like “All Rise” and “One Love,” and DJ Harry and Ellie Sax brought an energetic vibe with club classics. Taylor Swift tribute artist Lauren G also made an appearance, thrilling the Swiftie crowd with a set of fan favorites.

However, it was Sydnie Christmas, who had recently won Britain’s Got Talent 2024, who left the biggest mark. Her live version of “Tomorrow” earlier in the evening was already impressive, but her closing performance of “My Way” was nothing short of breathtaking. The crowd was left in awe as her powerful vocals filled the air, bringing an emotional intensity to the classic song. Sydnie’s emotional delivery, paired with the stunning high notes, captured the audience’s heart, leaving them in silent anticipation before the epic finale, which earned her roaring applause and cheers.
