Paris Hilton donates $100K to LA fire victims and launches emergency fund after her Malibu home burned down

Paris Hilton launched an emergency fund and donated $100,000 to aid victims of the Los Angeles wildfires after losing her own Malibu home.

On Friday, the 43-year-old socialite took to her Instagram page to announce she had founded an emergency fund through her nonprofit 11:11 Media Impact to support families and their pets who have been displaced because of the devastating blazes.

Along with her major donation, Hilton revealed that she will match ‘additional dollars raised up to $100,000 more’ and plans to volunteer in person this weekend.

The mother-of-two wrote: ‘My heart is with everyone impacted by the devastating fires here in LA. While I’ve lost my Malibu home, my thoughts are with the countless families who have lost so much more — their homes, cherished keepsakes, the communities they loved, and their sense of stability.

‘As a mom, I can’t imagine the pain and fear of not having a safe place for your babies so I’m launching an emergency fund through my nonprofit 11:11 Media Impact to support displaced families with young children.

‘I’m starting with a personal contribution of $100,000, and will be matching additional dollars raised up to $100,000 more. I am looking for others to donate and match alongside me to do our part!’

She also shared that the fund would provide cash assistance to families, temporary housing, deliver essential supplies and work closely with animal shelters to care for displaced pets.

The caption continued, ‘Together, our donations will support our young families and pets to: provide cash assistance to families via emergency relief organization @coreresponse, provide short-term housing and hotel stays for families with little ones, delivering essentials and supplies to evacuation centers (I will be volunteering this weekend) [and] supporting local animal shelters working tirelessly to protect displaced pets.

‘This effort could not be possible without collaboration and a sense of urgency: I’m immensely grateful to partner with @agmarks13 for mobilizing private female funders to support this effort so that we can launch today starting with $200,000, @coreresponse for distributing cash assistance to our families while they navigate their needs, @Baby2Baby for distribution of much needed supplies for babies and young children and more.

‘Let’s come together for LA. Every dollar makes a difference, and we’ll make sure the support reaches those who need it most. Visit the link in my bio to help #SlivingTogether #1111Family.’

More than 100,000 residents of the City of Angels were forced to flee their homes and 10 have died as scattered blazes have continue to pop up in Southern California.

And some A-lister’s have already devastatingly lost their million dollar mansions.

Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, Miles Teller, Billy Crystal, Mandy Moore and Jen Atkin are among those whose homes have been destroyed by the untamable inferno.

Her and her husband, Carter Reum, 43, owned the home for nearly four years years before it was destroyed by the Palisades fire on Wednesday.

The couple purchased the 3,000 sq. ft. three-bedroom beachfront home for $8.4 million back in June 2021, according to Realtor.com.

Hilton — who shares two one-year-old children with her husband — said she was ‘heartbroken beyond words’ amid the damaging wildfires.

‘This home was where we built so many precious memories,’ Paris said via Instagram. ‘It’s where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.’

She continued, ‘While the loss is overwhelming, I’m holding onto gratitude that my family is safe. My heart and prayers are going out to every family affected by these fires.

‘To all the people who have lost their homes, their memories, and their beloved pets. My heartaches for those still in harm’s way or mourning greater losses.’

The vixen — who recently made headlines for her political efforts — said that ‘the devastation is unimaginable’ and ‘to know so many are waking up today without the place they called home is truly heartbreaking.’

She said members of her 11:11 Media Impact Team were ‘reaching out to nonprofit organizations today to figure out how we can best support the communities impacted by these fires’ and remain ‘committed to offering help as soon as possible and making a meaningful difference for those who need it most.’

‘Let’s protect one another and hold onto hope that these fires will soon be contained. Sending so much love and strength to all of you. We’re in this together, LA. Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight.’

Sources told TMZ that the home burned in the blaze was not the ‘main residence’ the hotel heiress lives in, as she owns ‘multiple properties,’ including a mansion in Beverly Hills.
